Browne Jacobson advises French buyer Europa Group on its acquisition of Life Science Access Academy
UK and Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson has advised Europa Group on its cross-border acquisition of Life Science Access Academy (LSAA), a UK-based company specialising in digital training for healthcare industry professionals.
Backed by French private equity firm Abenex, Europa Group is a leading independent provider of professional information and education services to medical communities. Its acquisition of LSAA, a UK-based company specialising in digital training for healthcare industry professionals, strengthens Europa Group 's education division and supports its continued international expansion.
Backed by French private equity firm Abenex since 2017 and led by Louis Verdier, Europa Group has built a market-leading portfolio of education and information brands, including Edimark, APM, CHAM and PCR, delivering comprehensive training, education and professional development services across European markets.
The deal underscores the continued appetite of international private equity-backed groups to invest in UK education and digital training capabilities, and reflects the growing importance of structured, compliant training infrastructure for professionals operating across European markets.
The Browne Jacobson deal team was led by Partner Sandra Wong, supported by Partner Christian Farrow, Principal Associate Rachael McDonald, and Associates Ben Cowan and Salwa Ali.
