- Deal with applications for permission to serve parties based outside of the UK and Ireland (including to serve by alternative methods).
- Act in jurisdiction-related challenges.
- Assist with the collection of evidence for use in international proceedings, including court applications to recognise Hague Convention letters of request or letters rogatory.
- Seek injunctive relief from domestic courts to facilitate the resolution of international proceedings.
- Move for freezing orders, or worldwide freezing orders, to protect the recovery of assets.
- Act in domestic enforcement proceedings arising from foreign judgments.
- Act in domestic proceedings arising from international regulatory investigation.
- Act in international arbitration proceedings.
- Co-ordinate litigation strategy in multi-jurisdictional disputes.
