Gareth Davies said: "Transactions at the intersection of financial services and international private equity require real sector depth. This is precisely the kind of deal our Private Equity team thrives on. Carbon is an outstanding business, and we are delighted to have played a part in this significant milestone for them, Apiary, the founders and management."
