Browne Jacobson advises shareholders on Veezu's investment in private hire technology platform Cab9

Browne Jacobson has supported on a strategic investment by taxi and private hire technology platform Veezu in Cab9, a specialist booking and dispatch technology platform serving taxi and private hire operators across the UK and international markets. 

The UK and Ireland law firm advised the shareholders of Cab9 Holdings and E9 Holdings during the investment, which will fund the further development of Cab9's AI and automation tools at a time of rapid technological change across the ground transport sector.

Cab9's platform serves operators in international markets, an element of the business that the investment is expected to support further as demand for sophisticated dispatch and automation tools grows globally across the private hire sector.

Browne Jacobson's corporate team advised the selling shareholders throughout the transaction, bringing experience in technology-driven deals within the transport and mobility sector.
