Advising on Northern Ireland’s first institutional forward-funded build-to-rent scheme – Loft Lines, Titanic Quarter, Belfast. Phase 1 will deliver 778 waterfront homes. Our role included advising on development and sale agreements, forward funding, and planning matters, with our team also instructed on Phase 2 targeting delivery of a further 800 homes.
