Aisling is a banking and finance Partner at Browne Jacobson, based in Belfast.  She advises both lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance and general corporate lending. She specialises in development and real estate as a sector.    

Aisling is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland, Ireland and England and Wales and regularly advises in each jurisdiction. She spent twelve years with another leading Irish law firm, working between offices in Belfast and Dublin.

• Advising Danske Bank on the development financing of the first Staycity Aparthotels development in Northern Ireland. 
• Advising LDS Devco Limited on the development financing of a 724-bed student accommodation at Little Donegall Street, Belfast.   
• Advising Wirefox Group in respect of the development financing of The Kithmore Hotel, St Andrews (formerly known as Ardgowan Hotel).  
• An Agent, for a syndicate of four banks, in respect of the financing of a large corporate group with subsidiaries in the Netherlands, Germany, Canada, England, Belgium and Ireland.
