Rachael is a legal director and heads our Northern Ireland Family Team. Rachael has over 25 years’ experience of private client practice areas, with particular expertise in matrimonial and family matters, alongside succession planning and administration of estates.
Rachael has worked at a senior level in a number of Belfast firms which has allowed her to hone her expertise and develop a number of beneficial working relationships with fellow practitioners and agencies.
Rachael graduated from University of Ulster in 2005 and completed her professional training at IPLS Belfast in 2007.
Rachael is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland.

Acting as lead solicitor in an appeal to the Supreme Court in London in 2013 (PPS v Elliott and McKee [2013] UKSC 32).

Representing Northern Ireland in the International Client Consultation Competition in Sydney in 2007 winning the inaugural Spirit of the Competition Award.
