Raymond is a corporate partner based in our Belfast office. His practice is largely transactional, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, together with private equity deals and joint venture structuring, often with a cross-border element. He works with a range of clients across a number of sectors.

Raymond trained in London / New York with Freshfields and qualified into their London office as a corporate tax lawyer. He has practised as a corporate/M&A lawyer in Northern Ireland since 2015, regularly advising across the full range of corporate finance matters, including as specialist local counsel.

Raymond was educated at Oxford University. He is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and England and Wales.
