Ross is a commercial property partner, specialising in all aspects of commercial property law. He advises on acquisitions and disposals, lettings, development, forward funding and joint venture arrangements, property management and secured lending transactions.
Ross was educated at the University of Nottingham and trained and practised for a number of years with leading London practice Ashurst before returning home to Northern Ireland. Ross co-founded Davidson McDonnell in 2015 which was a leading law firm in Belfast prior to merging with Browne Jacobson in May 2026.
Ross is a former Chair of the Northern Ireland Commercial Property Lawyers Association and is ranked in Band 1 for Real Estate in the most recently published Chambers & Partners UK Guide.
