Vicky is a corporate partner and co-head of our Northern Irish corporate team, based in our Belfast office. She has extensive experience of acquiring and selling companies across all sectors, and regularly transacts mergers and acquisitions with cross-border and international elements.

Another core area of her practice is private equity and venture capital deals, regularly acting for both investors and for management teams.

Vicky advises a wide range of clients, including companies and management teams at all stages of growth, from high potential start-ups to large corporates.

Vicky was educated at Lancaster University and has practised in Belfast for over 25 years. She is qualified to practise in Northern Ireland and in England and Wales.
