UK and Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson has appointed Paul Duggan as Partner in its banking and finance practice, further deepening the firm's expertise in debt finance and reinforcing its commitment to building sector-leading teams across its UK and Ireland network.
Deepening sector expertise in banking and finance
Paul brings significant experience advising on a wide range of debt finance transactions, with a particular focus on acquisitions, management buy-outs and refinancings. He acts for banks and lenders, corporate borrowers, sponsors and private equity houses, as well as not-for-profit organisations and public sector bodies.
His arrival enhances Browne Jacobson's ability to advise clients across the full spectrum of banking and finance matters on a national basis, complementing the firm's established full-service offering across its UK and island of Ireland offices.
