Browne Jacobson reaches new heights with Manchester office move

Browne Jacobson, the UK and Ireland law firm operating at the forefront of society's biggest issues, has completed its move to the 15th floor of No.1 Spinningfields, marking a significant milestone in the firm's ambitious growth trajectory in Manchester's premier business district.

The relocation sees the firm ascend from the 3rd floor to occupy the entirety of level 15, a move that symbolises both the firm's upward momentum and its commitment to providing clients with an exceptional environment for collaboration and innovation. The expansion, which almost doubles the firm's footprint from 6,700 sq ft to 11,342 sq ft of premium office space, comes on a new 10-year lease that underscores the firm's long-term commitment to the North West.

This strategic elevation follows Browne Jacobson's announcement of record-breaking financial results for 2024/25, with turnover reaching £137m, a remarkable 16% increase from £118m the previous year.

The Manchester office expansion is part of a wider infrastructure investment programme that has seen the firm achieve unprecedented growth, including 13 lateral hire partners in 2024/25 – the most in a single year to date. Office moves are also planned for Cardiff, following the recent completion of the firm's London client suite refurbishment.
