Browne Jacobson has bolstered its commercial real estate team with the appointment of Susan Kemp as Partner, marking another strategic move in the firm's ambitious growth trajectory.
Susan joins from Shoosmiths, bringing sharp commercial expertise in complex real estate deals, retail sector advisory work and financing arrangements. She's worked on national property portfolios earning recognition from Legal 500 as a 'Next Generation Partner'. Her appointment adds further fuel to Browne Jacobson's 120-strong real estate legal team spanning seven offices across the UK and Ireland.
The firm's real estate practice has built a reputation for delivering on the deals that are at the forefront of society’s biggest issues – from major regeneration projects and logistics hubs to cutting-edge data centre infrastructure. The team, which advises on all aspects of real estate from planning and financing to construction, development and estate management, counts major commercial developers, retailers and leisure operators, housing groups and public authorities among its clients.
