Browne Jacobson achieves their strongest ever Chambers UK and Legal 500 rankings
UK and Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson has secured its strongest ever performance in the Chambers UK 2026 Guide and the Legal 500 2025 Guide. The firm has achieved nine Band 1 rankings and has been recommended across 39 practice areas, strengthening its position as a leading law firm.

This year's Chambers guide highlights milestone achievements for the firm, including first-time rankings in seven key areas. The UK-wide private sector teams were recognised for the first time in London Intellectual Property, Wales Corporate and Admin and Public Law, South West Real Estate and North West Litigation, as well as Healthcare: Private Sector and inquests.
The rankings recognise the firm's depth of talent across the business, with more than 100 lawyer rankings achieved for the first time.

Milestone success in the Legal 500
The news builds on an outstanding year of recognition for the firm, following exceptional results in the Legal 500 UK 2025 Guide. The firm achieved 29 Tier 1 rankings and has been recommended in 59 practice areas across all other Tiers.
Key highlights include entering Tier 1 rankings in Corporate, Financial Services and Insurance and Government. This increases Tier 1 rankings by 2 from 2025 (88 rankings to 90 rankings).
