Sandra is a partner in our corporate finance team. The only lawyer to have been named ‘Emerging Dealmaker of the Year’ by Insider Midlands Dealmakers Awards 2022, Sandra has advised on some of the firm’s highest profile transactions.
Being a board member of our international group, Sandra is known for driving the firm’s international ambitions and plays a key role in extending our global reach. She is also an active member of the firm’s international networks and regularly speaks at network events as an M&A specialist.
Sandra specialises in M&A, with particular strength in private equity and cross border transactions. Highlights of her experience include acting for LDC on its acquisition of global advertising company, Blis; advising management on the buyout of CARE Fertility by Nordic Capital from Silverfleet Capital; acting for private-equity backed PureGym on its acquisition of Danish-based Fitness World, advising the sellers (including LDC) on the tertiary buyout of Addo Food Group (manufacturer of Pork Farms and Wall’s products) by PAI Partners and advising the founders on the sale of Bridge Farm group to NorthEdge Capital, the subsequent sale of the group to NASDAQ-listed Sundial Growers Inc., and the acquisition of the group from Sundial.
Advised the recently established mid-market private equity house on its majority stake in London based G3 Comms.
Advised mid-market private equity firm, LDC on its buyout of global programmatic advertising company, Blis.
Advised the partners of leading accountancy firm, Cooper Parry on their agreement for Dutch based firm, Waterland Private Equity to invest in the business.
Advised management of CARE Fertility on the buyout by Silverfleet Capital from Bowmark Capital in 2019 and subsequent buyout by Nordic Capital in 2022.
