Sandra is a partner in our corporate finance team. Named as ‘RainMaker of the Year’ in 2026 by AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers), one of The Lawyer’s ‘Hot 100’ in 2026, and ‘Dealmaker of the Year’ in 2023, Sandra has advised on some of the firm’s highest profile transactions
Being a board member of our international group, Sandra is known for driving the firm’s international ambitions and plays a key role in extending our global reach. She is also an active member of the firm’s international networks and regularly speaks at network events as an M&A and Private Equity specialist with particular strength in cross border transactions.
Highlights of her experience include advising LDC on its exit of Mi Hub to Sullivan Street; advising Modella Capital on its acquisition of WHSmith high street division (renamed TGJones); advising Eureka Education backed by Naxicap Partners on its acquisition of Knovia Group from Sovereign Capital; advising CCS Media on the buyout by Advania, backed by Goldman Sachs; advising for Apiary Capital-backed Mediasense Communications on its acquisition of PwC’s marketing and media owner team; advising the UK’s largest private fertility clinic, Care Fertility Group on multiple bolt-on acquisitions and advised the sellers and management on buy-outs by Silverfleet Capital and Nordic Capital.

WHSmith / TGJones
Advised Modella Capital on its strategic acquisition of WHSmith's UK high street retail division, comprising approximately 480 stores across high streets, shopping centres and retail parks, to be rebranded as TGJones, at an enterprise value of £76m.
The Edwin Group
Advised LDC on the buyout of education specialists, The Edwin Group from TES (backed by Providence Equity Partners) and advised on the secondary buyout by US private equity firms Quad Partners and Morgan Stanley.
CCS Media
Advised the shareholders of IT solutions specialist CCS Media on the buyout by Advania, backed by Goldman Sachs.
Bspoke Insurance
Advised Bspoke Insurance Group (backed by Rcapital) on multiple bolt-on acquisitions including Royal London’s Police & Forces Mutual businesses and Miramar Underwriting and disposal of One Commercial Specialty to Clear Insurance.
Mi Hub
Advised on the MBO of global uniform and workwear business, Mi Hub from Tailored Brands, Inc. and advised LDC on its exit from Mi Hub (t/a Dimensions) to Sullivan Street Partners.
Cubo Works
Advised the founders and management of Cubo Works on the equity investment by Literacy plc.
Cooper Parry
Advised the partners of leading accountancy firm, Cooper Parry on their agreement for Dutch based firm, Waterland Private Equity to invest in the business.
