Browne Jacobson has advised DSP–Explorer on a £8 million follow-on investment by YFM Equity Partners.
Long standing client DSP-Explorer was advised by Browne Jacobson’s award winning corporate finance team, led by partner Paul McCannah, alongside and associate Sian Rose and senior associate Sandra Wong.
