Browne Jacobson acts on Style Group sale to Dormakaba in cross-border commercial interiors deal
UK and Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson has advised on the sale of Style Group, a leading provider of movable walls, partitions and acoustic solutions, to Dormakaba, the Swiss-listed global access and security solutions group.
The transaction marks a significant cross-border deal in the commercial interiors sector, with Dormakaba expanding its movable wall business through the acquisition of one of the UK's most established players in the space.
The deal involved a complex pre-sale group reorganisation ahead of completion, requiring co-ordinated advice across multiple practice areas.
The core deal team was led by Corporate Partner Ryan Brown (Corporate), with support from Associate Dominic Lees (Corporate Reorganisation), Associate Benedetta Cocconi, Associate Alex O'Donoughue and Trainee Eleanor Broome (Corporate). The team was further supported by Partner Craig Thomas (Tax), Legal Director Maz Dannourah (Employment), Legal Director Lincoln Darlington (Real Estate), and Senior Associate Sam McSweeney (Construction).

The firm was recently ranked in the top three for deal count by Mergermarket. The news follows further recognition for the firm's dealmaking credentials.
