Although there are the headwinds of inflation, interest rate rises, energy price increases, recruitment and supply chain challenges etc we are seeing an underlying confidence in the transactional market. This is also supported by strong levels of liquidity with the wide range of debt providers operating in the market including banks, alternative debt providers and debt funds.
