Browne Jacobson celebrate after winning PE Exit award at West Midlands Rainmakers 2023

Browne Jacobson’s corporate team were delighted to come away winners of Private Equity Exit of the year for Palatine’s exit of its investment in CTS Group, to Oakley Capital, at this year’s West Midlands Rainmakers Awards 2023.

The team were also nominated in six other categories at the event in recognition of their dealmaking expertise, specialist sector knowledge and experience delivering complex transactions, including:

  • Beech Tree PE’s investment in Obsequio Group
  • InHealth’s acquisition of healthcare software and services provider C7 Health
  • the management buy-out of Logik Logistics International
  • Aceleron’s £5m investment from BGF and Mercia Asset Management

The Business Desk’s West Midlands Rainmakers Awards highlight the top deals of the year across the region.
