Browne Jacobson strengthens Corporate team in Manchester with new hires
Leading UK and Ireland law firm Browne Jacobson has announced significant increase in the size of its active dealmaking team in the North West.
James Skivington has joined Peter Allen and Ryan Brown as a partner in its corporate team in Manchester. At the same time, the team is being joined by two new associates, Miranda Foy and Olivia Barrow.
James Skivington joins the firm from Pinsent Masons and brings with him a wealth of experience in advising clients on corporate transactions. James has led numerous domestic and international private equity and strategic trade transactions including those that are multifaceted and complex. He is also experienced in advising clients in the energy sector, including those focusing on energy transition.
Miranda Foy joins from another mid-market corporate practice in Manchester and has experience in advising on private equity deals and acquisitions. Olivia Barrow qualified into the corporate finance team in September after starting her career with the firm in 2021 as a trainee.
