Shared Insights

Welcome to Browne Jacobson’s Shared Insights – the ultimate platform that connects leaders and professionals from across health, care and education to discuss the sector challenges and to share learning, solutions, ideas and best practice.

Shared Insights is a monthly forum that takes place over MS Teams. Each session is an hour long and focusses on a pressing issue or sector challenge. The forum is chaired by a Browne Jacobson lawyer and features a panel of guest speakers – previously we have welcomed judges, coroners (including the Chief Coroner), senior leaders from NHS Resolution, national experts, specialist lawyers, health, care and education leaders and frontline professionals.

Shared Insights is designed for those working within NHS organisations, local authorities, independent health and social care providers, those specialising in mental health and the medical malpractice insurance sector.

Our previous sessions have covered a range of key health and social care issues, including the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF), sexual safety in the workplace, improving communication with families during the inquest process, racial disparity in healthcare, compassionate leadership and culture and the challenges caused by disordered eating in education, health and social care settings. We also regularly hold a 'Coroners' Question Time' session, where attendees can pose questions to a panel of coroners from across the country.

By joining Shared Insights, you’ll be taking part in conversations that make a difference, helping you to drive change across key issues in the health, care and education landscape.
