On 8 November 2023, we held a Mental Capacity Shared Insights session, which was hosted by Chris Stark and Clare Shepherd, both senior lawyers in our Inquest and Advisory team.

We discussed recent case law, CQC’s latest State of Care report and also focussed on transition planning in the Court of Protection.
