This session will look at the essential lessons which healthcare bodies should have considered from the multiple national inquiries which have happened over the last 30 years.
The session will be particularly relevant to senior leaders working in the public and independent health and care sector. It will help you to understand some of the recommendations which you should be implementing in your organisation.
