Helen is a HR Consultant supporting the education team and has 15 years’ experience working in HR within the not-for-profit and education sectors.
Her previous educational roles have been as a Senior HR Business Partner for a not-for-profit school improvement business, where as a member of the senior management team she led the design and delivery of HR services to executive and senior leaders of multi academy trusts. Helen has experience of partnering with wider business management, operations, finance and school improvement teams to ensure HR support is targeted and aligned to wider organisational and educational outcomes. In addition, she has previously worked in a HR consultancy capacity partnering with schools and trusts to provide strategic and operational HR solutions.
Helen has a wealth of experience in dealing with complex HR casework and investigations, including those with a safeguarding element, and is an experienced, accredited safer recruitment trainer. She has led strategic change programmes including restructure and workforce planning activity, and has significant experience in designing and delivery bespoke training for clients in all aspects of HR.
Helen adopts a solution focused, pragmatic and accessible approach to her work, and builds trusted and constructive relationships with clients. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
