- two-year programme – you’ll work four days a week and spend one day a week studying towards a Level 3 Paralegal qualification with the University of Law.
- study – this is by blended learning and all of your tuition/assessment fees will be paid.
- learning and development – you won't just be learning; you'll be growing with us. From day one, you'll be welcomed into our firm through a comprehensive induction process designed to set you up for success.

You'll also be paired with a buddy — one of our current apprentices who has first-hand experience of the apprenticeship journey. This means you'll benefit not just from professional guidance but also from the lived experiences and insights of someone who's been in your shoes.
- location, location – we offer opportunities at our Nottingham and Birmingham offices.
Throughout the duration of your apprenticeship, you'll be an integral part of one of our legal teams. This experience will see you engaging in a diverse array of tasks — from conducting legal research and drafting documents to reviewing case files and file management.
Once you’ve successfully completed the Paralegal Apprenticeship, not only will you be eligible to apply for paralegal positions, but you'll also have the opportunity to advance your career further by applying for our Solicitor Apprenticeship. What's more, having completed the Paralegal Apprenticeship, the time required to complete the Solicitor Apprenticeship will be reduced, fast-tracking your journey towards becoming a solicitor.

Am I eligible to apply?
The below academic grades are required by the course provider (University of Law):
- 3 A levels (or equivalent) at grade C or above (predicted or achieved)
- 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above
If you don’t have the specified grade requirements, we’d still encourage you to apply as we’ll review each application on its own merit.
We’re happy to consider applications from candidates who are in their first year of a degree (or equivalent), but please be aware that you would be required to start the apprenticeship from the beginning (there is no dispensation for modules you’ve already completed). If you’ve completed more than one year of any degree, we can’t accept your application for an apprenticeship, but you may want to consider applying for our Trainee Solicitor Pathway.
Please note, in line with funding requirements, it is essential for all candidates to have the right to live and work in the UK throughout the entirety of the apprenticeship period.
