We are delighted to invite you to a knowledge-sharing panel discussion, in partnership with P2G and chaired by NISTA associate Adrian Turner of Lagom Advisory, focused on navigating PFI expiry and distressed projects, drawing on practical experience and NISTA guidance.
This session has been specifically designed for public sector teams managing the complexities of distressed and expiring PFI contracts. Whether you are in the early planning stages, approaching handback or have projects in need of a reset, this event will provide invaluable insights into:
- Proven strategies for successful PFI transitions.
- Practical lessons learned from real-world experience.
- Risk mitigation approaches across legal, commercial, and operational areas.
