An on-demand webinar looking at the legal and practical implications for NHS employers of the Government’s decision to mandate COVID-19 vaccination for frontline healthcare workers. We looked at the key points around the requirement, calling on our knowledge and understanding of handling employee relations issues in the NHS and the regulatory issues that this can give rise to, and our experience of advising care home providers who have already battled with the implications of compulsory vaccination.
