Lavania Xavier

Lavania Xavier is in the financial and professional risk department currently in her training contract. Lavania started her training contract at the firm in 2022, after completing her LPC from BPP University Manchester and her undergraduate at the University of Leeds. Lavania is only pending her New York Bar qualification.

In her role, she assists the associates and partners of the firm with drafting letters, bundling and legal research. She has also been involved in evidence gathering and the litigation process.

Lavania has a keen interest in the financial sector and has had previous entrepreneurship experiences with start-ups and legal technology. Lavania has previous published articles on the 2008 financial crash and several other publications around general commercial awareness.
