Georgina Dudman

Georgina is an Associate Solicitor in the Property Litigation Team. She has extensive experience dealing with residential possession matters. Georgina also assists on commercial property disputes.

Georgina advises landlords who are seeking to recover vacant possession from tenants with assured shorthold tenancies. She advises on the appropriate notice to serve on tenants and has experience of dealing with defended possession claims, which involve rent arrears, deposit issues, disrepair, and discrimination defences/ counterclaims.
