Ella Greenwood

Ella is a legal assistant in our data protection team, specialising in advising a wide variety of clients including large corporates, SMEs, charities, and public sector bodies on complex data protection compliance issues concerning the application of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

Ella advises clients on all aspects of data protection compliance, including drafting privacy, cookie and other data protection policies, reviewing data processing and data sharing agreements, drafting consent wording, assisting clients managing personal data breaches and advising on compliance with PECR.

Ella has particular expertise in assisting clients with all stages of responding to subject access requests, including successfully guiding client through investigations from the Information Commissioner’s Office.
