Danielle Taylor is an Associate in the Health and Advisory Litigation and specialises in defending spinal cord and brain injury claims on behalf of NHS health care providers, clinicians and indemnifiers.
Danielle qualified as a Solicitor in 2015. On qualification, Danielle gained experience conducting defence litigation in relation to complex injury, asbestos-related and carcinogenic claims, on behalf of large insurers and multi-national companies. Danielle successfully defended a variety of claims and has recovered costs on behalf of her clients.
From 2019, Danielle gained experience in defending a variety of high value and complex clinical negligence claims on behalf of Medical Defence Organisations, including claims for delayed diagnosis of cancer, obstetric and mental health claims. Danielle delivered healthcare law training to doctors, medical students and trainee solicitors/apprentices.
In 2021 Danielle joined Browne Jacobson and gained extensive experience in a variety of high value and complex claims. She now specialises in defending claims for spinal injuries and adult neurological injuries, on behalf of NHS health care providers, clinicians and insurers.
