The employment relationship is the subject of ever increasing regulation. Mistakes can affect your organisation’s reputation, morale and ultimately your profitability. The healthcare sector needs reliable, up-to-date, practical and commercial advice to guide them through this complex legal environment and, most importantly, to secure the best and most cost effective advice with certainty and predictability of cost.

To help you budget for all your employment law costs and to offer you peace of mind, we have developed a fixed fee employment helpline. The helpline is staffed by qualified employment solicitors, giving you access to sensible and practical advice. Whilst you have access to the entire team, we would be happy to appoint a client relationship manager and deputy to manage your employment matters.

Whether you require regular support or just a second opinion, we can assist.

What do we offer?

For an annual fixed fee, payable in manageable monthly instalments, we will provide you with unlimited advice for all your routine employment law queries, such as:
  • restructuring (including the conduct of redundancies) affecting 19 or fewer employees;
  • advising on disciplinary, dismissal and grievance investigations and procedures;
  • family friendly rights;
  • working time;
  • non-collective information and consultative arrangements;
  • flexible working; and
  • avoiding discrimination claims.
We also recognise that you need to be kept informed and we ensure that you receive regular updates on the law through seminars, legal updates and bulletins. Our updates focus on practical issues rather than obscure legal points and our seminars are popular and well attended because of their practical approach.

After 12 months, we are happy to review your usage and increase/decrease in accordance with this. Equally, if you no longer wish to make use of our helpline service, you will not be tied in for any further period.
