Now, more so than ever, with the challenges of Covid-19, we know that as an employer you will want and need to restart your business but not at the cost of staff safety.

How can we help?

The Browne Jacobson Health and Safety team includes specialists with considerable experience of advising public and private sector organisations, as well as individuals, to achieve compliance with a broad range of health and safety duties.

Unlike most legal teams, many of our lawyers have advised the Health and Safety Executive and local authorities which gives us an invaluable and rare insight into health and safety and the way in which regulators make decisions and apply the law in practical situations. This puts us in the very best position to assist you in assessing the risks faced by your business and, most importantly, the safety measures that should be implemented to protect all those in the workplace.

We have assembled 3 bespoke, fixed price support packages which can be used independently or together. All will support you in managing the relationship between the activities in your workplace and the threat of Covid-19 infection.

    • Do your documents identify existing and future control measures to prevent or reduce risk
