Molly Ahmed

Molly has extensive experience of complex commercial litigation and arbitration, litigating and resolving a broad range of disputes, including shareholder and director disputes, High Court employment matters, partnership disputes, contractual disputes and fraud claims.   

She has acted in matters before the English High Court and Court of Appeal, and has also advised in matters before the Takeover Panel, the Privy Council and in ICC and LCIA arbitrations.  Much of her practice has had an international dimension, working with firms in the BVI, the Channel Islands and the US. 

Molly also spent part of her career as a senior in-house lawyer and is, therefore, sensitive to the issues and challenges faced by in-house legal teams and how private practice lawyers can best serve those needs.
