Join us at the Confederation for School Trusts’ (CST)t inaugural ‘People and Culture’ community conference this November. People managers and leaders of school trusts will be getting together to explore how culture can be intentionally crafted to foster belonging, collective identity, enhanced team cohesion and better performance in education settings.
Recognising that the success of the education system hinges on adults who are well-rested, valued, supported and championed by society, this event focuses on workforce resilience and wellbeing through positive working cultures that promote collaboration, aspiration and support.
We’re pleased to be presenting at the event, where we’ll be delivering a practical session on ‘Flourishing through change: Values-led workforce decisions in financially challenging times’. With almost 9 in 10 school leaders reviewing staffing structures and with financial confidence at a low, school trusts are under intense pressure to make tough choices. But in the face of restructures, cost-cutting and uncertainty, how can we protect staff wellbeing, live out our values, and avoid unintended harm to equity and inclusion?
We’ll also be available to explore practical tips to help you improve the culture in your workplace, which you can adapt to your own contexts.
