You're invited to our first Development Club, taking place in our new Cardiff office on Thursday 11 June 2026.

Join us from 12.30pm for lunch, followed by a series of insightful presentations from leading industry figures. We are delighted to partner with Savills and Intrado for this event.

We'll hear from Dan Hill from Savills, who will provide an overview of the current housing market and lead a discussion on "What do the latest economic and political shifts mean for housing in Wales?"

This will be followed by Clare Cooke from Intrado, who will share her frontline insights and expertise in Sustainable Drainage Systems. Finally, Will Thomas from Browne Jacobson will provide a planning law update.
