Learning and development
We'll ensure that you receive plenty of training and development to support you.
- You’ll start with a comprehensive induction programme - this aims to prepare you for your Trainee Solicitor Pathway programme, plus enable you to make an immediate contribution with us.
- You’ll receive great training and supervision - you’ll gain hands-on experience working on your own cases with some of our leading clients whilst receiving the appropriate support and supervision.
- Your training will be both practical and structured - alongside the substantive training you receive, you’ll also undertake relevant business skills development to help develop you through your career.
- You’ll have regular meetings with your supervisor - ensuring you receive regular feedback on your progress throughout your pathway to make sure you’re on the right track and thriving with us.
- Qualification and beyond - we want you to stay with us after qualification and can offer you the development you need to move your career to the next level.
