Browne Jacobson advises Pioneer Group on its sale to European tech leader TRISON
Pioneer Group has been bought by a leading European digital transformation company in a deal advised by Browne Jacobson.
The UK and Ireland law firm has advised Pioneer Group on its sale to TRISON. The deal boosts TRISON's UK operations and brings together expertise in hospitality, quick service restaurants, stadia, corporate and retail sectors.
Pioneer Group provides audio-visual solutions, network infrastructure and electrical services. The business has spent 14 years building a strong reputation with clients including KFC, Joe and The Juice and major sports clubs. The acquisition gives Pioneer Group access to TRISON's European scale and global resources.
The Browne Jacobson team was led by Partner Ryan Brown, Principal Associate Jennifer Jenkins, Associates Salwa Ali, Alys Bratch and Arbi Bassi Singh, and Andrew Noble supported with tax.
