Bath Fertility Centre (based in Bristol and Bath) is one of the most successful fertility centres in the South West with a 25 year proven track record infertility treatment, offering a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art fertility treatments to both private and NHS patients from the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire area.
Operating since 1997, CARE Fertility Group is the UK’s largest independent provider of fertility services and operates full service IVF clinics and satellite centres in 16 cities and towns.

This is the fourth acquisition which Browne Jacobson has acted on for CARE Fertility Group, following on from the Bowmark Capital backed management buyout of the Group in 2012, and subsequent acquisitions of London based Centre for Reproductive Medicine Ltd in 2013 and The South East Fertility Clinic (SEFC) in 2014.
