Transforming leadership through coaching: A conversation with Anna Smyth
With over 20 years in the legal profession, including her role as Head of Legal at Mace, Anna Smyth brings a wealth of real-world insight to her work as an executive coach.
Driven by a passion for leadership development and the psychology of human behaviour, Anna made the shift from legal practice to coaching after completing her training at Henley Business School. She now works as part of the Browne Jacobson and 10Eighty joint venture, helping senior leaders navigate complexity, lead with clarity, and grow both personally and professionally.
In this video, Anna reflects on her journey into coaching and shares her perspective on the impact it can have for those in senior roles.
