David Burdon

David is an associate in our corporate department, having qualified into the team in March 2023. David has experience advising on corporate M&A and private equity transactions spanning multiple sectors, as well as complex group reorganisations.

David has a particular interest in private equity transactions and has assisted on some of the firm’s most high-profile deals, working closely with a broad range of clients. David has also supported the firm’s Corporate Health team, advising independent healthcare organisations on corporate transactions and supporting clients engaged under the firm’s Grow start-up scheme.
