Willem is a dual-qualified lawyer in South Africa (2007) and England and Wales (2013). Willem is a senior associate in the commercial dispute resolution team in our London office and advises on a broad range of general commercial disputes.
In recent years, Willem’s experience includes representing clients in cross-border commercial litigation disputes, energy sector and luxury vehicle industry disputes and international fraud and asset recovery. Willem also has experience in arbitration and in resolving commercial disputes through alternative dispute resolution including representing clients at mediation.
