Wellbeing in construction: Walk and talk with Dr Brendon Stubbs

19 March 2026
Browne Jacobson Birmingham office

In collaboration with The Midlands Lighthouse Charity, join us for a morning dedicated to supporting wellbeing in the construction sector, featuring insights from leading specialist Dr Brendon Stubbs.

This engaging session combines a short talk, a guided walk, and a relaxed breakfast conversation focused on the real wellbeing challenges facing the industry today. We are delighted to welcome Dr Brendon Stubbs, an internationally recognised researcher and practitioner in mental health, physical activity, and workplace wellbeing.

Dr Stubbs will open the session with a practical talk on the pressures facing the construction industry and evidence-based strategies for improving mental and physical resilience. Following the talk, we will take a gentle guided walk to experience the benefits of movement firsthand, before returning for informal discussion and networking.

This is a valuable opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences, and explore how we can foster healthier, more sustainable working environments within construction.
