For an agreed monthly fee, the new service provides intermediaries with instant access to its team specialists who can advise on compliance and legal issues, including:
- Regulatory and compliance issues and advice
- Commercial contracts such as TOBAs, binders and AR agreements
- Data protection
- Advertising, marketing and intellectual property
- Employment, including compliance with SMCR
The service provides a cost-effective and easy-to-use solution for intermediaries that need regular advice across a range of compliance and legal issues.
