Join us at the WALE spring conference, which will explore a range of themes central to effective educational leadership.
Victoria Hatton will be speaking at the event, delivering a discussion on the Equality Act in schools, and how to navigating reasonable adjustments, safeguarding, and exclusions.
WALE represents and supports school leadership and leadership development for headteachers across Dorset. As an association, it seeks to represent views which enable strategic decisions to be taken in the best interests of all children.
