The prestigious awards took place at the Sandy Park Conference Centre in Exeter and celebrate the achievements of the advisers and businesses operating across the region’s real estate space.

This latest win highlights Browne Jacobson’s depth and breadth of specialist legal expertise across the full life cycle of the real estate-built environment. Highlight transactions for the Exeter team include:

- advising a provider of retirement accommodation in relation to a new scheme based near Exeter.
On the win, Partner Sarah Parkinson, National Head of Real Estate at Browne Jacobson said: “We are so proud to have been announced as the winners of the Legal category at this year’s Exeter Property Awards. This recognition speaks volumes about the team’s commitment over the last year to continuously deliver well-rounded and pragmatic legal advice on a host of fantastic property deals in the South-West.
“The region’s real estate sector remains buoyant, and we are delighted to have supported a number of our clients from various sectors on projects that add real value and are inviting further investment into the region’s communities and are supporting positive societal change. This is something which really chimes with us as a firm.”
Browne Jacobson partner Nigel Lyons who is head of the firm’s Exeter office commented: “This is a great win for our Exeter real estate team and follows on from a busy 12-month period for the office as a whole, which has seen us receive repeat instructions and receive new high value instructions from a diverse range of national and local South-West bases clients across our market growth areas. As a result of this increased activity in client work, we have welcomed some fantastic new team members to further support, underpinning the growth strategy of our Exeter offering.”
