We welcome this opportunity to create transparency and focus on the equality, diversity and inclusion agenda, which is already an area of strategic importance for Browne Jacobson. Our strategy and values clearly state that we believe creating a level playing field for all will be a key part of the success of our business in the future, as well as part of our corporate responsibility. We do not think that this is limited to gender, or just for those who are formally employed by the firm.

Whilst we have more work to do in this area we are passionate about continuing the progress we have already made.
