MAT PartnerPlus (MPP) is designed for Trusts with a central function who actively manage their legal advice needs.

As well as answering your everyday legal queries, with MPP we work alongside you as your strategic partner, supporting you as your MAT develops.

MAT PartnerPlus offers:

• annual partner review to discuss the development of your MAT
• a senior legal team, meeting your everyday advice needs
• unlimited telephone/email queries with up to 60 minutes of advice per issue
• prices from £780 plus VAT per academy, subject to a minimum fee of £2,000, with incremental discounts available for trusts with 11 or more schools.

With MAT PartnerPlus your MAT benefits from being able to:

• centrally manage the legal advice sought and provided to your trust
• analyse your advice needs to identify themes and development opportunities
• strategically manage the dissemination of legal advice for the benefit of the whole trust
• ensure consistent, commercial and pragmatic advice is provided trust wide.
