Alex leads our subsidy control team and is recognised as a leading expert in this complex field. He also specialises in procurement and public sector clean energy and regeneration projects. Clients appreciate his ability to translate complex legal issues into pragmatic and clear advice.
Having advised all levels of government and funding applicants, Alex is the go-to adviser for several UK funding bodies. He is regularly approached to design funding schemes and support or review funding applications.
Alex’s wider experience of delivering public sector energy and regeneration projects is highly valued by clients.
