The Procurement Act has now been in force for over 6 months. In this interactive webinar, we will explore with you the key success stories over the past 6 months and try to navigate through some of the barriers that the public sector have been facing since the implementation of the Act.
As well as sharing our insights, we would like to hear your thoughts on the key issues you have faced to date or any positive consequences in the change in regime. For example:
- Competitive flexible procedure: have you tried anything innovative or followed the structure of the processes under the PCR?
- How are you coping with the additional notice requirements?
- Have your contract management teams been prepared to implement new procedures required by the Act?
- How have bidders responded to the changes?
- Any other insights or comments you would like to share…
